About this place

Lake Konigssee sits inside Berchtesgaden National Park and is Germany's most cinematic Alpine lake. The electric boats, the echo demonstration from the boat captains, St. Bartholomew's pilgrimage church, the Watzmann east face views, and trails onward to Obersee make it a high-demand but rewarding destination. It is the natural complement to Berchtesgaden town and the salt mines.
